The Curbar, Calver and Froggatt Joint Burial Committee, which was formed in May 1969, will cease to exist on 31st March 2021 and the management of the Burial Ground in the future will be undertaken by Curbar Parish Council. The parish council received a ROSPA Safety Inspection report on the playing field which identified some rot in the timber uprights of the Climber - Tyre, therefore, it has now been removed.

Christmas and New Year bin collections
Derbyshire Dales residents have been reminded that the Christmas and New Year bank holidays mean some bin collection days change over the festive fortnight.
